Dr. Arne Rubinstein believes the most important event in a male's life is the transition from boy to man. 'Yet this is the one we totally ignore,' Dr Rubinstein says. 'Boys are fundamentally missing out on what they need to acknowledge, honour and support this journey to manhood. Every indigenous community and society has had a process for recognising this path and we don't.'
