Dr. Kumm is the founder and CEO of Guava Ai. He developed the first veterinary specific algorithm-based recruitment platform for the profession. GuavaVet’s disruptive technology enables matched veterinary employers and job seekers to connect on demand and without the need for intermediaries. Dr. Kumm as director of veterinary surgeries within the Companion Care / Vets4Pets group in the United kingdom as well as member and also chairperson of the group’s veterinary representative body, the Joint Venture Council, for 6 years. Dr. Kumm is affiliated with the Centre for Autism Research in Africa (CARA) in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the University of Cape Town, as neuroscience researcher and technology advisor.
