Dr. Becker Discusses How FSMA Affects the Raw Pet Food Industry

The FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which was signed into law in 2011, requires that all human and pet food manufacturers maintain a written FDA-approved Food Safety Plan that puts into effect a zero-tolerance policy on potentially pathogenic bacteria in food for people and feed for animals.
