Dr. Brad Rodu is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville where he holds an endowed chair in tobacco harm reduction research. For the past 20 years Dr.Rodu have been involved in research and policy development regarding tobacco harm reduction (THR). In 2003 Dr. Rodu served as an expert witness at a Congressional hearing on tobacco harm reduction, and has spoken at numerous international forums.
