Even if we are getting enough sleep, how do we know if it's good quality sleep? Host Amelia Phillips and sleep scientist Dr Carmel Harrington discuss how to optimise our sleep quality. Dr Carmel explains the different stages of our sleep cycles and what they do for our body and brain. She then troubleshoots the common sleep challenges (such as the 4am wakeup doomers) and their solutions. They discuss other questions from the Healthy Her community, including biohacking such as tracking, Appolo Neuro, melatonin, THC, CBD and other medications. A fascinating listen for anyone who wants to improve their sleep quality.
