As the President and CEO of my own company, I specialize in providing GFSI benchmarked standards implementation and auditing, as well as education and training in various food safety and quality topics. I also use my extensive experience as a former professor, senior lecturer, and technical director to deliver effective and engaging training and tutoring, as well as to serve as an expert witness and a media spokesperson on food safety issues. My mission is to help companies of all types and sizes achieve their potential and improve their food safety and quality culture."
