Dr. Dale is the Director of The Sport Psychology and Leadership Program for Duke Athletics. He is also a professor of sport psychology and sport ethics in the Department of Health, Wellness and Physical Education. He has written four books on leadership, coaching, parenting and performance and serves as a consultant to numerous athletic and corporate organizations around the world including The World Bank, Habitat for Humanity International, IBM, and Pfizer. Dr. Dale has been featured on Good Morning America, MSNBC and numerous national radio programs as well. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience as we cover topics ranging from the changing environment that children grow up learning sports skills in today, how to balance accountability and empathy, and the importance of coaches intentionally developing leaders.
