We're going to probably talk only about one of them today. But there are three of the books that he's written are the genie in your genes, which was a book that demonstrated how emotions drive gene expression, versus bliss brain, which is most recent, which demonstrates that peak mental states rapidly remodel the brain for happiness.   

And what we're going to talk about mostly today is mind to matter how the brain creates much of what we think of as objective reality. Now, Dawson's got the best laugh I've ever heard. So hopefully, we can get some laughs for him today. Those are welcome to character creation confessions.
