As the former CEO of Novo Cinemas and a global leader, Debbie is an advocate for leadership and mentorship. She brings over 30 years of collective experience in Tourism, Entertainment, Destination Marketing, Event Management, and Events experience gained at such companies as Regent Exhibitions – IMEX Frankfurt; she served as Vice President for Global Sales from 2001 until 2005. In 2005, Debbie joined Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre and earned Chief Executive Officer's post. Her career began as an Organising Executive for EIBTM; a MICE business tourism exhibition in Geneva, Switzerland, at 21.
