Diane J. Johnson, PhD has almost 30 years experience in the business, public and social sectors in a multitude of roles. They include change management consultant, trainer and executive coach, program director, evaluator and researcher, fundraiser, communications/pr lead, and organizational culture specialist. Extraordinarily skilled, purpose-driven, highly intuitive and analytical, Dr. Johnson, Ph.D. is CEO and Founder of Mmapeu Consulting.

Mmapeu Consulting, a national consulting firm committed to supporting and facilitating the alignment of mission, vision and values for organizations engaged in individual, organizational, institutional, community and societal transformation. Established in 1992, Mmapeu Consulting was inspired by Diane’s work co-leading a cultural brigade in South Africa which offered workshops, classes, training and technical assistance to NGO’s in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, and Natal.
