Today we are speaking to Winemaker Edmund Oettlé, from Upland Organic estate. 

The first Organic wine farm in South Africa. I was fortunate enough to get an insight into the workings of the farm, the hard work and perseverance of a passion, and how it all ties together to produce some of the best wines and brandies in the country.
