Before this, he served as an Orthopedic Oncology Research Assistant at MD Anderson Cancer Center from November 2021 to June 2024. Prior to his research role, Dr. Fletcher worked as a Medical Officer in Orthopedics at Spanish Town Hospital from July 2019 to November 2021.
