So my blood pressure isn't where it's supposed to be so I have to go to the gym and do cardio. My doctor Dr Weymin Hago made me make a promise to him that I would do at least 20 minutes twice a week to bring it down. So I made myself a mix that I would listen to while working out and wanted to share with you.... I literally had 25 minutes before I went on the radio today so I said F it lemme just whip something up live... Cheer's to working out! LOL!
