A lawyer by training, he has served as a city judge, mediator, and chief legal counsel to the Governor of South Carolina. For the last 25 years, Henry has focused on global leadership and development work, with a passion for empowering local leaders. He holds a doctorate in leadership with a focus on emotional intelligence, which shapes his approach to building ethical, effective governance systems around the world.

Trey Cason is the host of the Good Governance Podcast and the Director of the Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy. He is a student at the University of Oxford and has 15 years of experience in the fields of international development, urban development, and public policy.
