TODAY’S GUEST – Dr. James Taylor – author, pastor, and educator who is concerned, not only about Critical Race Theory in government and education, but about many woke churches today. Taylor is also a public school teacher, senior pastor of Christ’s Church, Norman, Oklahoma.
We discuss the demonic roots of Critical Race Theory, that it is Marxist-driven and it’s primary solutions to racism are activism, revolution, and reparations. We look at how pastors should respond; the church, public schools and culture and examine why people fall for lies and emotion-laced talking points rather than truth.
But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. 26 For you are all sons and daughters of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:25-28
Thirty years ago, if a pastor said from the pulpit, “Marriage is between one man and one woman” or “Abortion is murder,” the congregation would respond, “Preach it, brother!” Today, they ask, “Pastor, why are you being political?” God has called Christians to be active in the political arena. It’s Biblical, Not Political! How to Line Up Candidates Biblically, examines how to vote on economic, social, and foreign affairs. What does God say about global warming, capital punishment, excessive national debt, the unborn, socialism, the right to bear arms, national sovereignty, individual responsibility, racism, marriage, immigration, and other moral issues?
