On today's episode, Josh (@joshjeffery5) is flying solo at the 2018 CrossFit Games Atlantic Regionals in West Palm Beach, Florida! He had a chance to sit down and chat with physical therapist and CrossFit regionals team athlete Jeff Taylor (@_jtjr) after day 2 of the competition. Josh has 7 athletes in the field this weekend, including Jeff who is on Team Carolina CrossFit (@carolinacrossfit). They discuss how they met, the transition from group to individual programming, balancing training like an athlete with working a full time job, establishing priorities, the sacrifices Jeff has made to be on the CCF team and his upcoming sports residency.
