I've been thinking A LOT about the changing landscape of work. And here's what I wholeheartedly believe: If you want to stay competitive in the marketplace, you must think and act like an entrepreneur. The future of work is all about intrapreneurship.
What is intrapreneurship? It’s taking entrepreneurial ideas and initiative within your workplace to drive innovation and creativity. Simply put, intrapreneurs bring new ideas and approaches to their workplaces.
More and more businesses, organizations, ministries, nonprofits, universities, etc., are looking for leaders who think and act like entrepreneurs. What does this mean?
In today’s episode, I specifically share:
💥 The top three skills you need to thrive as an intrapreneur
💥 Key questions to ask yourself to see if you’re ready for the future of work
💥 How asking God for His ideas, can help you impact culture in the marketplace
Friend, God has called you to lead in the marketplace. But sometimes, the voices in our head can get the best of us. You are a leader. You’ve been called to think outside the box, try new things, and lead a group of people who need your insight, wisdom, knowledge, and expertise. The future of work needs you!
