Dr. Jim Harris joined the NumberMyDay Entrepreneur Podcast to discuss his entrepreneurial journey. As a 14-year-old, he began his entrepreneurial journey by working in a barbershop, where he learned a valuable lesson about cash flow. He then went on to climb the corporate ladder and eventually worked his way up to leading a nationwide executive and management leadership development program for a Fortune 500 company. For the next 25 years, he wrote and spoke about topics such as leadership, culture, and employee engagement and retention. Eventually, this led him to create his own ministry, Dr. Jim Harris Ministries.
