Dr. John Bergman joined us today to talk about all things foot related. We discussed how to treat bunions and flat feet naturally.

As you know I'm a very curious person even with topics I'm not initially excited about. To talk for an hour about bunions didn't seem like something I wanted to do.

But what I do a lot (if something like this comes up) is I really try to put myself into a situation where I have bunions that are extremely painful. Bunions that feel like gout where it hurts just to touch them.

What would that feel like? My toe joint would throb with pain. I go deep into the pain and really feel what it feels like to have a big bunion on my foot.

When I put myself into that situation when I'm not suffering with bunions really makes a topic interesting. If you had really painful bunions wouldn't you be interested in how to treat bunions naturally without doing surgery?

Of course.

Once you put yourself into an empathetic mindset, becoming interested in any topic is really quite easy.

Many more people than we realize deal with bunions and flat feet. It's pretty shocking how common bunions and flat feet are.

Why are so many people suffering?

I think there are spiritual emotional factors that are the actual causes.

But on the physical side, I believe bunions and flat feet are a direct result of not living in alignment with nature.

There are a lot of factors that become an issue as a result of living an unnatural lifestyle which we talk about on today's show.
