In this episode of my podcast Mediation Today, I am chatting with Dr John WOODWARD, an Australian mediator who has completed his PhD on the topic of alternative dispute resolution, titled "LAWYER APPROACHES TO COURT-CONNECTED MEDIATION: A NEW CASE STUDY".

Dr Woodward is an active mediator as well as an academic at Newcastle University's Law School (NSW, Australia).

In the interview, Dr Woodward also talks about his lessons from his own practice of mediation and gives us in insight into learnings he would like to pass onto novice mediators.
