Marc Morial is the President/CEO of the National Urban League, the nation’s largest historic civil rights and urban advocacy organization. Under his leadership, the organization has worked to provide economic empowerment, education opportunities and guarantee of civil rights for the underserved in America. Son of the first African-American mayor of New Orleans who became mayor of New Orleans himself from 1994 to 2002. Marc is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and African American Studies. He also holds a law degree from the Georgetown University. Marc was raised in a family that understands the importance of education and public service.
