It was an honor and a blast to chat with and learn more about nationally recognized sports medicine physician, best selling author of Running Strong, and founder of IronStrength Community Fitness Program, Dr. Jordan Metzl. Jordan’s NYC-based practice has served over 20K patients, with a focus on keeping them moving and preventing injuries. Jordan himself has completed 35 marathons and 14 Ironman tri’s, so he definitely practices what he preaches.
