I’ve been so excited to release this episode and have been waiting for Summer to do this, particularly because there’s so much gold dropped in this episode about the benefits of direct sun and Vitamin D. Today’s guest is Dr. Joseph Mercola whom I met at the Upgrade Labs annual biohacking conference that I MC’d at. Dr. Mercola has treated over 25,000 patients from all around the world and is a New York Times Best-selling Author. My beautiful mother has been following him for years so I had a ton of questions from her and others to ask him around how to master health and wellness.
