My guest today is all about smart wellness, and she suggests you can cancel your gym membership, with great ideas for what you can do instead to live a long and healthy life by making some small adjustments to your everyday routine.

 

Neuroscientist Dr. Julia Jones is passionate about transforming public health. Following a year of experimenting on herself and tracking the results during the pandemic, Julia launched a new approach to health called Smart Wellness, in which she aims to challenge some of the myths that 50 years of diet and exercise plans have promoted.

 

Julia has spent over 30 years studying the neuroscience psychology and physiology behind optimum wellness, and then teaching people how to apply that science using simple tricks and techniques now known as bio hacks to optimise our ancient inbuilt biological systems.

 

Her enthusiasm for the work she's doing says it all really and I didn't want to break the flow. So we just go straight to the heart of what she does and why it's so important. I hope you enjoy the conversation.
