Dr J is a literal legend. He walked up fro Farmer to King library to do this podcast with me and has been supporting everything I do along my journey at Miami University. I am super thankful for Dr J and super excited for this podcast.

Dr. Justin McGlothinbrings to the classroom over fifteen years of leadership experience in higher education and five years as a small business owner. He is passionate about his opportunity to teach Miami students about business communications and the lessons he has learned during his career.

He is happily married to his wife, Alicia, and they have two beautiful daughters, Addison and Emma.
