Born and brought up in Ethiopia, Dr. Karin Davies is a retired pediatrician and former nurse. After retirement, she received a Rotary Foundation Global Grant to work with a medical university to develop a newborn resuscitation training program for medical professionals in Ethiopia. In this episode, Dr. Davies shares her trajectory to healthcare and how her medical experience saves the lives of mothers and babies in Ethiopia.
