Ep. 29 of TMYT is with Dr Karinna Fyfe ahead of her Gold Coast Marathon debut this weekend. Karinna is an elite middle/long distance runner with PBs of 3k: 9.44, 5k: 16.43, 10k: 33.57 and HM: 1.14. She has won a stack of big name fun runs around Victoria and it was great catching up with her and having a conversation so close to her marathon debut.
