* Great Australian Cycle Expedition (GRACE) - a 25,000km journey around and through Australia, 7,000km of which were ‘off road’ on isolated tracks in remote regions (2004)

* Trans-Siberian Cycle Expedition - a five month, 13,400 km bicycle journey from St Petersburg to Vladivostok to aid the 800,000 children of Chernobyl (1993)

In this interview, Kate also talks about her recent 400km Breaking the Cycle in Greenland expedition, which was a training ride for her upcoming Breaking the Cycle South Pole expedition - where she is attempting to cycle 1,850km across Antarctica via the South Pole.
