We talk to Dr. Kerry Leddy Malawista, Op-ed writer of 'A Category 5 Mental Health Crisis is Coming', for the Baltimore Sun published January 1, 2021.  
In the op-ed, she describes how widely affected we have been mentally and emotionally by the changes in our lifestyles due to COVID-19. She discusses the need for mental health experts to be placed on the COVID-19 Task Force under President Elect Joe Biden. In our interview we discuss what she is seeing with regards to increases in demand for therapy and support, increased stress and anxiety and ways we can overcome the wave of difficulty and emotional pain that is present and, also, on its way. 
In our opening, we talk about the historic events that took place at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, as well as briefly mentioning the results of the Georgia Runoff Election from Jan. 5.
