Today’s guest is Dr Linda Shaw. Linda holds a doctorate in cognitive neuroscience, specialising in unconscious processing of emotion and behavioural change. She’s also an author, entrepreneur and past president of the Professional Speaking Association UK & Ireland. As the founder of Brain & Behaviour, Linda now works with senior leaders and their teams to use the neuroscience of behaviour to unlock their natural genius and to communicate their ideas more effectively.

I’ve known Linda for several years now and not only is she an absolute expert in her field but she also has boundless energy and an infectious zest for life which infuses everything she does so it’s a privilege to have her on the show to share her wisdom.
