Maya Angelou spoke to the congregation and we celebrated Dr. Barbara's 36 years in the ministry. The sanctuary was packed, people sat on the floor, in the choir stand on stairs in chairs in the aisles, in the Faith Chapel on the floor watching on TV and cars were everywhere not a space was left unfilled. Dr. Angelou's message was well given and well received.
