Dr Brown is a controversial figure within the discernment world. Some say he's a solid guy within the Charismatic arena, whereas others flat out claim that he's a heretic condemned to hell. Before starting this conversations, he even said not to go easy on him. He welcomed the challenge. So the first half hour of the show is a discussion of homosexuality & Gay Christianity, and then the last hour was a discussion of his Charismatic theology and many of the criticisms that he's received from the Cessationist crowd (of which Jeff is a part of). It's important that we take the time to hear the other side's actual arguments so that we can discuss and debate what they actually believe, not just a caricature of them.
