About the Guest:
Dr. Michael Hutchison is a practicing dentist in Traverse City, Michigan. He has been in private practice specializing in Cosmetic and Neuromuscular dentistry since 1987. In 2001 he was one of first 125 dentists worldwide awarded Accreditation in the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
He discovered the relationship of Physiologic Jaw Positioning to increase athletic performance and reduce the G-Force impact found in concussions, and invented the Neuroguard Plus that has revolutionized mouth guard technology in the 21st century.
He was awarded a medical utility patent for all of North America, Canada and Mexico in 2015. He continues to research concussion safety and is leading the way to help athletes play better and safer.
