Dr Mofokeng’s response to the HPCSA ruling

 

Focus: This morning we speak to Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng who is the UN’s Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health. She was found guilty of misconduct by the Health Professionals Council following her criticism on social media against Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over their action in Gaza. The complaint was lanched by the South African Zionist Federation which has welcomed the ruling. The EFF on the other hand has slammed it calling it baseless and politically motivated.
