Following the Barzan genocide in 1983, no one knew what happened to the thousands men who were executed. Dr. Mohammed Ihsan began his work on recovering their bodies over thiry years ago and to this day remains an advocate and scholar in the field of human rights in Kurdistan, Iraq and on the global stage.
