In this episode, I talk to Dr. Monica  McHale-Small of the Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA). She talks about her background in education, how she got involved with LDA, some things she noticed in people with disabilities as a  school psychologist, and offers insight into how the education system can be better built for students with learning disabilities so that they can succeed in the classroom.
