Dr. Paul Hines a Professional Sommelier designation (with honours) and is a  member of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS).  He holds postgraduate certifications as a French Wine Scholar (highest  honours) from the Wine Scholar Guild, and as an Italian Wines Specialist  (distinction) from the North American Sommelier Association. 

Paul also has a PhD in Physics and is a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America.  Paul combined his passion for wine and music to pair wines for each of the Inner Space Concerts this season.
