Dr Peter Mills of the School of Cultutral Studies and Humanities reflects on the musical history of Roundhay Park in Leeds, beginning with 19th century brass bands and moving onto the series of huge arena pop concerts which began in the 1980s, coming up to the present day while also considering the park's musical future.
