DR Power Battery-Powered Chainsaws

Listen Later

DR Power Battery-Powered Chainsaws have overheating motor controllers that trigger fire and burn hazards.

About 7,180 chainsaws were sold in the US and 21 were sold in Canada.

To receive a pro-rated refund based on the age of your chainsaw, complete a recall form and upload a photograph showing destruction of the tool according to DR Power’s online instructions at drpower.com/BPC-recall. When disposing of the lithium-ion battery, follow your local and state recycling regulations.  For info: [email protected] or (800) 940-6923.
