Dr. Rosilee Russell is a passionate artist and creator with a drive to make other artists great. Her school, Institute for the Creative Arts (ICA) is one of the few top art schools in the US for high school children to study art as part of their regular curriculum.

Rosilee is also a classical pianist, and her love for music has been a solid base for her career in arts education.
