Dr. Saxe thinks healthcare is a human right and knows all about health disparities  because she was a family physician in Charlotte North Carolina for 34 years, and half of that time at Neighborhood health Center before it closed and then another 17 years at CMC-Biddle Point. Dr. Saxe is a member of Healthcare justice North Carolina which supports Medicare for All. She attended Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed her family medicine residency at Duke.
