Dr. Sean believes that the way to make healthcare inspiring again is to get it out of the doctor’s office and into the gym. With help from his team, Dr. Sean has been able to help people remotely, from all walks of life avoid surgery and work towards elite performance through coaching and programming. In his own words, "I am passionate as can be about coaching other people reach their potential be it intellectually, in business, or physically. This is especially true for my thrill for parenting. I feel like this is the masterpiece coaching job of my career and there is nothing I take more pride in than seeing something I taught one of my daughters take shape and provide them value in one way or another.  In his daily practice, Dr. Sean treats professional and recreational athletes alike to get them back on the field or in the gym. He is also well practiced in treating patients with little or no athletic background who simply want to live an active lifestyle. He has also provided trainer education programs for Equinox Fitness Clubs, New York Sports Clubs, The Fitness Education Institute, and The Personal Training Institute and coaches classes at CrossFit King of Island Park, NY. From Andy:  What a refreshing conversation. I love Dr. Sean’s mission - keeping people out of the doctor’s office and in their lives, pursuing what they love. I also love the way he is unabashedly out in the world pursuing it, preaching it, living it. One of the things I love about Sean is his humbleness. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to ever hear him touting the fact that he is, in fact, a doctor of chiropractic, as he feels it interferes with clients expectations of what that title means, and with his ability to help people heal through whatever means necessary. Two of the coolest parts of the convo - 1) understanding the underlying “why” behind any client’s goals, and 2) our discussion of the difference between flexibility and mobility. It’s probably not what you think (but you’ll have to listen in to find out). Enjoy! FORWARD TO A FRIEND - If you enjoy the podcast, please help us spread the word by sharing it.
