Background: When leaving the year 2040 Dr. Teed gets stuck in a limbo. In the beginning of 2030 Teed and his friend Hal encounters Samantha Knicklewood who warns Teed about the ATA and gives him a device. All this leads to the year of the Lord 1070 A.D.
