What if you were never invited to opportunities? You may feel like you are forgotten, left out, unwelcome, or just not important. 

This happens all the time. People are marginalized and left out of opportunities because of their skin color, culture, gender, religion, etc. 

Can you imagine experiencing discrimination for years?  It would be easy to have a mindset of little hope for the future. 

Dr. Timothy Knight describes his own experience of racism and discrimination.
