Two Ottawa families are suing a well-known fertility doctor over allegations his clinic used the wrong sperm during their fertility treatments.

The Question . . . is the government failing to properly and effectively regulate an industry that generates huge fees for phycisians providing insemination and fertility services?

In canada the answer is no.  But what about the United States as well as other countries around the world?
