On this show we will reach into the vaults with an interview recorded on Tuesday, March 6, 1966 with Dr. William Vroom who was born on April 1, 1866. Dr. Vroom opened a medical office in Ridgewood, New Jersey and created the first hospital in a small wing of the building. The late Doctor Richard William Lenk who was a professor emeritus at Bergen Community College and a long-standing member of the American Historical Association and the Organization of American Historians asked me to digitize this recording of the interview so that it could be shared.
