Dr. Yas has a PhD in immunology and now works in the biotech industry. Specifically, her research has focused on genetic engineering for organ transplant rejection. Due to her area of expertise, she has also earned some attention on social media by providing factual information on COVID and the vaccines, and dispelling a lot of the myths which have been circulating. Dr. Yas is also a Christian, but she hasn't always been, and we had a pretty incredible conversation around science, religion and spirituality, including some remarkable personal anecdotes.
