Dr. Zina Sutch leads the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Civil Rights at the Small Business Administration. Prior to her current role she held senior positions at the Office of Personnel Management and the United States Department of Agriculture. She has a doctoral degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree from George Washington University.
Dr. Patrick Malone is the Director, Key Executive Leadership Programs at American University. He is a retired Navy Captain, having served 23 years in a number of leadership and policy roles.
