When the news broke of Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds' bid for Wrexham AFC, McElhenny was asked on twitter: "Why Wrexham, Rob?" His reply was "Why not Wrexham, James?"

As all three of them are members of the club's media team, they are not able to express any preference over the upcoming vote: nobody linked to the club or the WST board wants to influence the vote, as the fans must decide the club's future. Instead, they answer the question "Why Wrexham?" Why would investors looking for a long term project choose us?
