Ed Hansen has a passion for coffee roasting. After the passing of his late mother in 2002, Hansen decided it was time to double down on his own dreams, leading to the launch of his own local business; a sweet reminder of the special times shared over so many cups of brew. Hansen, who owns and operates Dragon’s Breath Coffee Roasters in Wenatchee, speaks on his Peruvian micro roast as well as tips and tricks to get the perfect brew when working with small-batch artisan coffee.
